Terms of Service

Please be aware that I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.Please have reference images prepared. If not, an additional $10-20 will be collected to account for the time needed to design a new character.Although the prices are negotiable depending on the work required to fulfill the commission, the agreed upon quote must be paid in full upfront.A sketch will be provided to the client for approval. During the approval stage, adjustments can be made as the client sees fit. Once approved, no major adjustments will be accepted.When the commission has been completed, up to 3 minor revisions will be allowed (note: this does not include corrections of mistakes which will be corrected as a courtesy).Please do not alter my work or edit/crop out my watermark.If you, the client, intend to post my work on your social media, please credit me.Please be aware that my commissions are for personal use only. Any work intended for commercial purposes will require an additional fee that will need to be discussed.Please do not use my art or commissions for AI or NFT purposes.☆Refunds may be discussed depending on the amount of work completed.☆The client may request that their commission not be posted to my social media, websites, or portfolio. Please note: all commissions posted for promotional purposes on my platforms will have a big watermark over the image so others cannot claim the client's commission.
